Delivery

Hi-Fi-Posters.com aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.

Should there, for any reason, be a delay to an expected dispatch we will contact you via email with a new estimated despatch date. Items which have been pre-ordered with an expected release date will be despatched as soon as they become available. However should there be any delay your will be notified email with a new estimated dispatch date.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the goods you have ordered, you can contact Hi-Fi-Posters.com to request a return.

You can make a request to return items via email:

Please make sure you provide your order number, a list of all the items you wish to return, along with a reason against each item.

Hi-Fi-Posters.com can only accept a returned item which has been unused and returned within 28 days.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items, if the items are lost in transit then no refund will be given and all claims should be taken up with the chosen delivery company.

Hi-Fi-Posters.com will refund the items returned as soon as possible but only upon satisfactory inspection.

We will send you an email to let you know when we have successfully/unsuccessfully processed your return.
